We strive to provide a superior customer experience with our Sweet Wild Scents products and hope you love them just as much as we do. Should something not meet your expectations, please don't hesitate to reach out at hello@sweetwild.co.uk and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as we can.
Shipping is free in the UK for orders over the value of £50.
Please ensure that your address details are correct for failure to do this can lead to your parcel being delayed or go missing.
Packaging
All of our product packaging is totally plastic-free and good for the environment. Our boxes are providedby FSC-certified vendors, additionally, our paper tape, thank you cards and paper items can be fullyrecycled. We do re-use any plastic packages sent to us from suppliers as well.
Cancellation of Order:
We are unfortunately unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product you have received, we will be happy to refund the cost of that item, so long as the following measures are followed:
- Received within the last 14 days.
- Unopened and unused.
- Remain in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
- Arrive safely back to us, without damage.
If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund. Please note, we cannot cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect. It is at the buyer's discretion whether the return postage is tracked and/or insured. If your returned goods go missing during transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
